Sick patients are asking to leave hospital before they are improved or recovered because of feelings of discomfort caused by mixed gender wards.They are unable to talk to staff or doctors because they feel embarrassed at being overheard by the opposite gender in the bed beside them and with only thin curtains between them there is not enough privacy.
There should be all only Male and all only Female wards to ensure patients do not feel stress or discomfort as when the patients feel anxious,stressed,or upset the health suffers.
